Packed with 25 grams of protein and made with 100% Organic Ingredients: Organic Whole Wheat Flour, 100% Miscellar Casein Protein, Buttermilk, Organic Whole Oat Flour, Vanilla and two different kinds of organic cinnamon (Saigon and Ceylon). Easy to make. Mix 2 scoops of mix (included) with 1 egg white and 1 scoop of cold water. Add more water for thinner pancakes. Griddle on medium heat. Each serving makes 2-3 medium sized pancakes. I just got my mix and tried them. You get about 3 medium pancakes per serving. I used ground flax mixed with water instead of the egg white and they still came out great!
